The history of this forward thinking, modern day, family company, was established, spearheaded, and executed from the President & CEO's personal and professional experiences. President, Rhonda Michele, 15+ year career span has allowed her to provide multi-level leadership, executive management, front line supervision, various partnerships, and outstanding customer service to diverse populations, ranging from unborn infants to seniors.
Her extensive experience with customer facing services, non-for-profit agencies, private businesses, local and global markets, allowed her to serve over 1 million Clients, Customers, and Students (CCS)! Her hard work, faith, calling, parents, son, brother, extended family, mentors, and her CCS, is the foundation of her inspiration and overall success!
In 2019, her passion to “assist others”, finally persuaded her to pivot her leadership skills to the world of television/cable. In 2019, she successfully completed her first pilot, to her Television Show, called, “Get It In”. However, before her Production Team could prepare her show to air, COVID 19, hit, and the global world shut down.
The tragedy, that COVID 19 cast on the world, was an unprecedented, tragic, phenomenon. But just like millions of others, Rhonda Michele, forged ahead! She mustered up her confidence and courage to build and spearhead a digital platform, called 5.0 / 10.7. During that time, she combined all of the things that she enjoyed doing the most (regarding her professional and personal life) and moved it to a digital space!
She assembled her team and got going! It was challenging – a relentless year of hard work and painful times – amongst a triple pandemic - but it paid off. Meaning, if the company can (continue to) help one person – and then another person – and another – or a family as a whole - it was all worth it! Research does indicate that the value of “helping” others has the ability to move the world forward.
One person accomplishing an average task can affect 400 people!

As we can see, the world has changed drastically, within a year, and will continue to do so.
The triple pandemic shed a global light on many injustices … including the Digital Divide. With technology becoming an indisputable Trillion Dollar, marketing, and problem-solving tool, that Pre - k to adults, are in need of: for survival, learning, partnering, conducting business; to earning an income. It is vital that individuals, families and systems (schools/politics) start pivoting towards building generational wealth and Stem (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) jobs, regarding future careers and financial successes.
This is why we say, we are proud to be a forward thinking, family company, as we look to our young adult leaders (to lead us into the future). Along with our professional veteran workers, who sit on our company’s Board. We hope that our collective history of hard work can inspire others to build meaningful marketable careers, generational wealth, and a life of community service.
The 5.0 / 10.7, company mantra encourages others to become,
“Successful sooner, rather than later”.
Our company, history, partners with multi-generations, from Generation Z to the Silent Generation. Preparing now, means that we are getting ready for the vast – permanent - changes that are coming down the pipe regarding Silicon Valley, STEM, the robotic arm, Universal Basic Income (UBI), real estate, global re-gentrification, spiritual transformation, and new job creation (that will eradicate millions of jobs within 20 job sectors that are primarily held by the middle class, people of color, marginalized communities, and the poor).
If we partner together to prepare now, when the technological changes get here in full-capacity, we don’t have to get ready, we will already be ready …. to be the leaders that we need to be …. for ourselves, families, communities, businesses, employers, and for the 21 Century jobs and global competitors, that will demand a high-level Stem medicine, psychological, real estate, computer and educational skills.
We are elated that our company history is based around diverse business partners, Executive Members who have tenor, veteran status, and expertise experience in their field. Our strong Advisory Board is made up of productive young men and women, in their 20’s, who are striving for excellence in their careers, and in the business world. We are extremely proud of our College, STEM, Homeownership & Business Advisory Board.
